Principal work includes complete demolition of the existing sewer lift station, construction of a new sewer lift station (complete), electrical work, and concrete and masonry work. Bidders must deposit bid security as specified in the Information for Bidders. All federal guidelines must be met as the project uses federal funds, with partial funding through the Appalachian Regional Commission and Clean Water State Revolving Loan Funds.
