Reference Number 0000410646 The approximate quantities involved in this work are as follows: Mill Street Property Demolition and Stockpiling 32,000 Ton Demolition, Loading, Transportation and Disposal 10,000 Ton Site Grading 1 LS Restoration Near 9th Street Pavt, Rem 2,350 SYD together with any related items of work and necessary permits. The main gate to the Site is locked. Site access will be provided to prospective bidders upon request. Question Deadline 02/05/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No . Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Ecorse, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. PRE-QUALIFICATION 1. Contractor shall have prior experience in demolition activities and provide example projects previously completed as part of qualifications. *The City of Ecorse reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment and insurance certificates.
