Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Miami Gardens, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

City of Miramar (the "City") is seeking to engage the Services of a qualified licensed Consultant to provide professional services in the form of a complete contract package associated with the design of the Honey Hill Drive Mobility and Pedestrian Safety Improvements Project, FM # 448290-1 Cone of Silence There May Be a Cone of Silence in Place for This Solicitation. Please Carefully Review the Solicitation Documents to Ensure Compliance With Any Rules Regarding a Cone of Silence. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in a bid/proposal and/or in the bidding/selection process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder/offeror as deemed in the best interest of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
