Commonwealth Charter Academy Altoona -Contract No.4 - Electrical Construction Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Each proposal shall be accompanied by an approved Surety Company's Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid. The Architect, with appropriate input from the Owner, will reviewthe matter and issue an interpretation to the Contractor in writing within seven (7) calendar days after the Architect receives the Contractor's complete Request for Information.
