Site work for a water / sewer project in Anderson, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of construction of approximately 560 water services and restoration in the City of Anderson. The water services will include full replacements from the main to 18 inches inside the building and include new meter pits. This work includes other miscellaneous items necessary and as specified to make the project complete. Bidders are instructed to refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents for all requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award. Bidders should note the following special project requirements: Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Federal Wage rates, Build America Buy America Act, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Efforts, and Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, and Other Responsibility Matters. The City of Anderson reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City.
