**As of April 7, 2026, this project has been awarded** The project includes miscellaneous demolition, installation of two bridges including abutments, parking lot improvements, paved and unpaved trails, creek bed restoration and regrading, and plant installation and establishment. The project must be fully completed within 115 working days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. All in-stream work shall be complete no later than October 31, 2026. The estimated construction cost is $1,800,000. Bidders must hold a valid California contractors license (Class A), and be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations. Bid security equal to ten percent of the maximum bid amount is required, submitted as a cashiers or certified check or a bid bond. The successful bidder must execute the contract and submit payment and performance bonds, insurance certificates, and other required submittals within ten days after issuance of the Notice of Award. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements, and contractors and subcontractors must pay at least the specified rates. Performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract price, will be required. All bidders are instructed to carefully review the Instructions to Bidders before submitting a proposal.
