Remodeling of an educational facility in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

This Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, providing and installing new cabinets in rooms as specified in the architectural drawings. This Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, : Replace existing cabinetry throughout the school in classrooms as specified on the drawings. Contractor shall maintain the construction entrances. This shall include (but not necessarily be limited to) grading, filling of ruts and potholes, and maintaining proper drainage. Maintenance of entry gates shall also be the Contractor's responsibility. Adjacent public streets, sidewalks, curbs, and parking lots shall be swept, scraped, washed and kept clean daily (more often as necessary) throughout all operations. Contractor to schedule his work in accordance with all noise ordinances per the authority having jurisdiction. Contractor is responsible for grounds maintenance along the perimeter fence and at all lay-down, staging, storage, and spaced within the area of Work. Contractor shall provide a project specific safety plan prior to mobilization. Question Deadline 02/10/2026 at 12:00 PM ET All questions should be submitted to Raymond Jenkins prior to the deadline for receipt of questions via Email Raymond_jenkins@charleston.k12.sc.us with copy to Scott Robertson srobertson@cumming-group.com. Bidding Documents will be available for inspection at the offices of Cumming Management Group, Inc., Program Manager and also available for online viewing at Duncan Parnell, Inc. Bidders may order plans and specifications at the cost of reproduction. It is the responsibility of the Bidder/Offeror to ensure that notifications of addenda are not blocked by network firewall settings. All bids are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. Bid securities of the three low bidders will be retained until Contract award and execution. Bids will be binding for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date bids are opened. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount. Bids are to be submitted on the bid form provided, enclosed in a sealed opaque envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, contractor's license number, identification of contract being bid, and name of project. All bids must comply with the laws of the State of South Carolina. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the Owner.
