Work consists of upgrading the fire alarm system at the medical center and completing all associated construction requirements as specified in the contract documents. This acquisition is set aside exclusively for SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) under NAICS 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a size standard of $19.0 million. The estimated project magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Offerors must meet all SDVOSB certification requirements at the time of bid submission and award, complete VAAR 852.219-75 certification requirements, and comply with limitations on subcontracting provisions. Joint venture offerors must provide the required joint venture documentation and proof of SBA certification with their bids.
