**As of February 27th, 2026, no bids received, No definite date for the rebid.** Question Deadline 02/05/2026 As of the issuance date of this RFP and continuing until, the Town will receive Requests for Information (RFIs) by all Vendors pertaining to the requirements set forth in the RFP. Vendors are encouraged to submit any comments or questions in writing to Michele Baker, Commissioner, 99 Tower Drive, Building A, Middletown, NY 10941, or by e-mail to mbaker@townofwallkill.com. All questions must be submitted in writing. Sealed bids will be received for Mold Remediation & Reconstruction of 74 Van Burenville Road. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder clearly marked. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, and in the event of identical bids, the contract may be awarded to either bidder. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids.
