This requirement seeks information on firms capable of providing grounds maintenance services for the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron at Ellsworth Air Force Base in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement. The planned effort consists of recurring grounds maintenance tasks under an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity structure, performed through a Firm-Fixed-Price contract anticipated to include one base year and four one-year option periods. The work involves maintaining installation grounds to required standards, supporting both routine and seasonal tasks, and ensuring consistent service quality across the performance period. Interested firms must demonstrate skills, experience, and knowledge relevant to grounds maintenance operations, the ability to meet all requirements of the draft PWS, and the capability to sustain performance throughout the contract term. Responses will be used solely to assess industry interest and capability and to help determine the appropriate acquisition strategy. It is anticipated that the contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options. The estimated start date for this contract is March 2027 and estimated end date is March 2032. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
