Reference Number 0000412271 Bid Intent Not Available The City of Box Elder is seeking bids from experienced and qualified contractors for the paving of parking lots at both Phelps Pond and Community Park. The Owner and Contractor hereby acknowledges that the time of completion of the work is of vital importance, and the Contractor will be required to complete the work within the time stipulated in the contract. Once work begins, the Contractor has 14 days to complete paving (per each lot). Regardless of actual construction start date, all work specified in the contract documents must be substantially completed by September 30, 2026 and complete in every respect and ready for final payment no later than October 9, 2026.
