Sealed bids will be received for wet well cleaning for the Woodstown Borough Municipal Utilities Authority. Bids must be made in strict compliance with the bid solicitation and utilize the provided bid form. Each bid must include a Non-Collusion Affidavit, a bid bond or certified check or cashier's check for 10% of the total bid amount, and a properly executed consent from an approved surety company or a letter from a bank agreeing to furnish a letter of credit. A Statement of Corporate Ownership and all submissions required on the Bid Checklist must be included. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder, and past performance and experience may be considered. The successful bidder must enter into a contract within ten days after notice of award or forfeit the bid security. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action Regulations, Corporate Disclosure Statements, and all other New Jersey legal provisions. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive informalities as permitted by law.
