2025 Capital Improvement Project - SITE CONTRACT for Laurens Central Schools, including the Main Building, Bus Garage, Storage Building, and Ambrose V. Powell Memorial Library. Bidders are required to refer to the 2008 Wicks Reform and New York State Labor Law Section 220-i for additional submission procedures and requirements. Contract Documents are available for examination at specified locations and may be obtained electronically or in paper form under the conditions stated. Addenda will be distributed as described and must be downloaded or received by each plan holder. All Contract Documents (except those held by successful bidders) must be returned promptly for a refund of deposit. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids. Each bid must include required bid security. Withdrawal of bids will follow the instructions provided. The work must be completed by the dates specified in Section 011100, "Summary of Work." Bidders may visit the site with prior notification and must submit written requests for information as required. Responses to requests for information will be advisory and will not modify the contract documents unless issued by addendum or modification.
