Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wilmington, Delaware. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Construction services are required to replace the campus fire alarm system at the Wilmington VAMC. The work includes providing all tools, travel, trades, labor, materials, permits, licenses, and supervision necessary to complete the project in full compliance with applicable codes, VA policies, standards, and contract requirements. The contractor must perform all construction activities associated with the replacement of the fire alarm system across the campus and is responsible for adhering to the full specifications and drawings that will be provided. A bid bond and payment bond are required, and the contractor must complete the project within 420 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held, and attendance is strongly encouraged for all potential offerors. All offerors must be registered in SAM and verified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business at the time of proposal submission.
