Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sunnyvale, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
Public Works Project No. PR-22-01 Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the completion of the project known as "LAKEWOOD PARK RENOVATION AND ENHANCEMENT, PROJECT NUMBER PR-22-01" consisting of renovation of the existing park to include new restrooms/concessions buildings, natural turf athletic field with lighting, playground, dog park, splash pad, and upgrades to existing skate park and lighting according to plans and specifications prepared by the City of Sunnyvale and according to the contract documents. Project is to be completed within a total maximum of two-hundred and fifty (250) working days. However, the work under Bid Item No. 3, the Lakewood Park All-Inclusive Playground, which includes submission of all final invoices, shall be completed by July 15, 2026. Other work for this project may take place concurrently, but completion of the work under Bid Item No. 3 shall be the first priority and it must be complete by July 15, 2026.
