Description

Paving and renovation of an educational facility in Ellicottville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,045-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

Project consists of alterations within the main building, building B, lodge building, and sawmill building. The alterations include classroom and lab renovations, HVAC upgrades, plumbing upgrades, and electrical upgrades. Alterations also include new roofing at the sawmill and lodge buildings. The scope also includes site improvements consisting of repaving. Bids should be prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by the Owner. All questions, interpretations, clarifications, etc. pertaining to the bid documents must be made in the separate form provided on the next page and emailed to Matthew Cummings at mcummings@yougnandwright.com and Libby Krouse at lkrouse@youngandwright.com and Andrew Gunther at agunther@youngandwright.com with the email subject Cattaraugus Allegany BOCES 2026 Capital Improvement Project at least seven days prior to the bid opening.
