Project consists of alterations within the main building, building B, lodge building, and sawmill building. The alterations include classroom and lab renovations, HVAC upgrades, plumbing upgrades, and electrical upgrades. Alterations also include new roofing at the sawmill and lodge buildings. The scope also includes site improvements consisting of repaving. Bids must be prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by the Owner and delivered to the specified location.
