Project consists of alterations within the main building, building B, lodge building, and sawmill building. The alterations include classroom and lab renovations, HVAC upgrades, plumbing upgrades, and electrical upgrades. Alterations also include new roofing at the sawmill and lodge buildings. The scope also includes site improvements consisting of repaving. Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated. Bids should be prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner and delivered as specified.
