The vendor awarded the Project upon completion of the procurement process will be responsible for installing the infrastructure to enable the use of EVs at the locations agreed upon by the City and the Respondent. The City and the Respondent would cooperate to locate and designate parking spaces on public property in the City for use by the public. This project must result in a self-sufficient, independently operated system requiring no City capital or operating expenses. As of the issuance of this RFP, EV charging stations are being considered for the following locations subject to the review and approval by the City: Town Center 120 spots Veteran's Lot 138 spots TD Bank Lot 62 spots Bergen Street Lot 35 spots Verizon Lot 22 Spots Tibbs Center 15 spots Lot K City Public Safe Complex 120 spots Lot D William Street 18 spots Lot G Armory Street 8 spots Lot H James Street 41 spots Lot l Library 55 spots Lot J Mackay Park 67 spots Lot LCity Public Safe Complex 55 spots
