This is a federally funded project, Vendor must be registered on System for Award Management. The estimated budget for this solicitation shall not exceed $25,415. The City of Avondale is requesting quotes from plumbing contractors licensed in Arizona to perform plumbing repair, replacement, and upgrade work on flush-valve toilet systems across multiple City facilities. The project consists of two parts: Base Scope of Work - This represents the primary plumbing work that must be completed. Additional Scope of Work - These tasks identify additional plumbing repairs and diaphragm replacements that the City would like completed if budget allows. Contractors must provide separate, itemized pricing for these items so that the City may determine which optional tasks can be added within remaining project funds. Work under both scopes includes diaphragm replacement, piston-valve conversion, repair of malfunctioning components, and correction of leaks or long-flush issues. All work must comply with applicable plumbing codes and manufacturer specifications. Deadline for Questions:February 12, 2026, 5:00pm
