The work involves two rounds of general maintenance and cleaning of 37 storm water quality vaults, one in May 2026 and one in October 2026. All water quality structures can be serviced with a vacuum truck. Respondents must submit proposals detailing qualifications, staff and equipment availability, and hourly rates for labor and equipment. Materials removed from the vaults may be disposed of at the Town of Vail Public Works Department’s snow dump at a location approved by the engineer. Water is available at the Vail Public Works site. Proposals will be reviewed to establish a qualified vendors list.
