Provide complete Architect-Engineering design services for two dry sprinkler replacement projects at the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System, including schematics, design development, construction documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, construction period services, site visits, as-built documentation, and project closeout support. Work includes designing the full replacement of existing dry sprinkler systems in multiple buildings, integrating with existing fire control systems, preparing staging plans within healthcare environments, conducting extensive site surveys, reviewing contractor submittals, performing construction inspections, commissioning sprinkler systems, and delivering all required quality assurance documentation. Both projects--Bath Dry Sprinklers at the Bath VA Medical Center and Can Dry Sprinklers at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center--will be evaluated together under a single SF330 submission, and the selected firm must have the capacity to perform both projects concurrently. The A/E shall provide all professional disciplines required, including fire protection sprinkler engineering, architectural and interior design support, electrical and controls engineering, and project phasing and operations expertise, and must comply with Brooks Act procurement procedures, VA design standards, VAAR limitations on subcontracting, and FAR criteria for A/E selection. The A/E shall deliver 100% design documents within 180 calendar days of Notice to Proceed.
