Work includes site clearing and grubbing; fill; grading; drainage; parking lots; water & sewer service tie ins; and stone access roads. The Contractor will commence the work required by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS within 10 calendar days after the date of the NOTICE TO PROCEED and Final Completion of the project will be obtained within 180 working days of the NOTICE TO PROCEED date unless the period for completion is extended otherwise by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
