The Milltown-Washburn Public Water Authority is seeking the services of an engineering firm for projects related to the development of water systems and other initiatives, funded by both state and federal sources. The scope includes professional engineering services for the years 2026, 2027, and 2028. Selection will follow applicable state procurement procedures and will be based on specialized experience and technical competence, past performance, the firm's capacity and capability to perform the work, and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Bidders are instructed to submit one copy of their Statement of Qualifications to the Milltown-Washburn Public Water Authority by the specified deadline. All responses will be evaluated through a scoring process, with negotiations to begin with the highest scoring respondent. The Authority is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
