Bid is Cancelled Sealed bids are sought for the construction of the 2025-26 Capital Outlay Project for Charlotte Valley Central School District. Bids are requested for multiple prime contracts for General Trades Work, in accordance with the Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Hunt Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors & Landscape Architect, DPC. The bid documents and forms may be examined at specified Builders Exchange locations or electronically via designated web portals. Bid documents are available for download for a fee or may be ordered in print for a refundable fee. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be distributed via the designated web portal. To submit a bid, bidders must comply with the requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders, including submitting a certified check or bid bond as security. The Owner may waive or reject any or all bids and will not waive any informality that gives one bidder an advantage. Bidders must comply with employment conditions and minimum wage rates under the contract and provide a Certificate of Registration as part of their bid. Site visits are permitted by appointment only.
