Sealed proposals are requested for a Requirements Contract for Asphalt Resurfacing. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope designated Bid #26-011 - Asphalt Resurfacing. Each bid must include either a certified check on a solvent bank or trust company acceptable to the Town, or a bid bond from a surety in a form acceptable to the Town, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price, payable to the Town of Smithtown as assurance that the contract will be executed if awarded. All bids must be submitted intact, with no pages removed. Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate and Disclosure Statements must accompany each bid. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate in all bids. The Town of Smithtown reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
