Sealed proposals are requested for a requirements contract for concrete curbs, sidewalks, and aprons. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope designated with Bid #26-012 - Concrete Curbs, Sidewalks and Aprons. Each bid must include a certified check from a solvent bank or trust company acceptable to the Town, or a bid bond from a surety in a form acceptable to the Town. The certified check or bid bond must be in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price and be made payable to the Town of Smithtown as assurance that the contract will be executed if awarded. All bids must be submitted intact and must include a Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate and Disclosure Statements. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate.
