Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Boulder County Building Services (BCBS), a Division of Public Works, acting as the General Contractor, is requesting Bids from qualified contractors for a roof replacement at the Boulder County 28th Street Community Hub. Contractor shall provide a total turnkey project including all necessary equipment, materials, and installation services; please reference the BID Information sheet for more details. Question Deadline 02/18/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Location : online portal The project is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026 and be completed by the end of 2026. If you wish to submit a bid that would include equipment not listed in equipment schedules or specifications, please submit a substitution request along with bid questions. A substitution request form is not required. Proposed product substitutions must still meet all requirements for quality, capacity, etc., as the listed products. Please note that some materials are "Basis-of-Design" products and cannot be substituted. Refer to 075423 SF - 25039 THERMOPLASTIC POLYOLEFIN (TPO) ROOFING in the specification manual for basis of design manufacturers.
