Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Hackettstown, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

RUTHERFURD HALL KITCHEN FLOOR STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENT PROJECT. Sealed bids will be received for the following contracts: Overall Single Prime (all of the work - lump sum, all trades, all inclusive). Only pre-qualified contractors with DPMC classifications of C024 - Historical Restoration. Location- 1688 Route 517 Allamuchy, NJ 07820 Project Description: 1. The project primarily involves the stabilization of the first floor framing below an existing kitchen. 2. Additional work includes limited resetting, adjusting or other minor secondary tasks involved with assuring that the kitchen equipment and finishes on the floor above the work remain in satisfactory condition and/or working order. 3. The Contractor is expressly responsible for the Work as shown or indicated in the Construction Drawings, the Project Manual and Provisions of the Contract. The coordination and execution of the Work and payment for labor, materials and administrative activities pursuant to, are the sole responsibility of the Contractor including the acquisition of Permits, Inspections and final Certificate of Occupancy or written proof of Permit Close-Out from the Authority Having Jurisdiction. Bids shall be made on the Forms of Proposal provided and must be accompanied by bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Each bidder shall submit with its bid, a Certificate of Consent of Surety from a Surety company stating that it will provide the bidder and all subcontractors, if successful, with a performance/payment bond in the full amount of the contract. A non-collusion affidavit, relevant experience of the Firm, and affidavit as to total amount of uncompleted contracts must accompany each bid. Pre-qualification requirements: Only pre-qualified contractors with DPMC classifications of C024 - Historical Restoration.
