Public Works Corporation Yard Modular Building Installation The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and the performance of all operations necessary to a turnkey solution for the design, engineering, fabrication, delivery, and installation of 24 by 60 foot modular office building that includes, three (3) offices, two (2) ADA restrooms, kitchenette with sink, upper and lower cabinetry and countertop area, two (2) exterior doors, dual pane windows, HVAC system with two 3-ton unit wall mounted systems , LED lighting, and a Title 24 energy compliant complete plan set for the City of Rio Vista’s Public Works Corporation Yard . This project is intended to support City operations by providing a durable, functional, and code compliant facility to house Public Works employees. The selected contractor shall deliver a fully integrated solution, including all architectural and structural design, engineering, permitting, fabrication, transportation, site preparation coordination, materials, labor, utility connections and any on-site installation necessary for a complete and operational modular building. The proposed building shall meet all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations and be suitable for long-term use Each bid shall include a clear, all-inclusive cost for all elements defined in the written scope or as indicated on the project plans. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a cashier's check, a certified check or a bidder's bond executed by an admitted surety insurer in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of bid, made payable to the order of or for the benefit of the City. Each bid shall include the completed Non-Collusion Declaration and Designation of Subcontractors forms. The successful bidder will be required to sign a formal contract with the City, furnish the required insurance certificates and furnish both a 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond in the amount of the contract price.
