The Project consists of roadway improvements to Grove Avenue (from Ridgedale Avenue to terminus) as delineated on the Construction Plans. More specifically, work shall include road reconstruction, HMA milling and paving, full depth pavement repair, installation of Belgian block curb, driveway repairs, grading and drainage improvements, construction of ADA curb ramps, striping, site restoration and all other improvements depicted within the Bid Documents. All work on this contract must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The right is also reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities where such informality is not detrimental to the best interest of the Owner, except as to those items which are deemed mandatory and nonwaivable set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2.
