This RFQ is being issued to update a roster of qualified heat-update a roster of qualified heat-ing venti ton and air cond tioning (HVAC) contractors to install approximately 100-100 heat pumps per year in residen-tial homes within the city limits of Bellevie, Issaquah Kirkland, Mercor Island Redmond and Sammamish. Members of the qualified roster will recorve leade frum Energy Smart Eastside on a round-robin hasis and will work with homeowners to design and quote a heat pump solution in line with program guidelines. Homeowners will contract divet-ly ly with the HVAC Contractors for the scope of work, and the con tractors will invoice the program partner Hopolink for performed.
