Project No. 0325062.01 Sealed bids are requested for the 2026 NSRP - Rosewood Drive and Granada Street Project to be submitted to the City Clerk at City Hall, Roeland Park, Kansas. Bids must be in sealed envelopes addressed to the City Clerk and marked accordingly. Plans, specifications, bid documents, and other Contract Documents are available for viewing or purchase online or from Drexel Technologies. Prospective bidders are responsible for obtaining the documents for bid preparation and should direct questions to the designated contact at Lamp Rynearson. Bidders must read and be fully familiar with all contract documents and visit the work site to understand all conditions and limitations, including all costs in their bid. Any project defects identified must be reported following the specified procedures, and any changes will be made through addenda. Bidders are required to confirm all written addenda have been considered as no oral instructions will be accepted. Bids must cover the total package and contract price, submitted on the provided form without alteration or erasure. For items not bid, indicate "no bid." No clarifications or exceptions are allowed on the bid. Question Deadline 02/17/2026 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding/Contract Documents shall make a written request, which shall reach the City Engineer at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
