The City of Roeland Park is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the installation of a permanent, automated irrigation system at the R Park Soccer Fields. The work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to furnish and install a complete and operational irrigation system in accordance with the specifications described herein and all applicable codes and regulations All policies shall provide for a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice to the City prior to cancellation or material change in coverage. Failure to maintain the required insurance coverage shall constitute a material breach of contract. The successful bidder must obtain an occupational license from the City Clerk's office. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements of the bid documents and is determined to be in the best interest of the City of Roeland Park. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid.
