The City of Centralia is inviting contractors to furnish and apply materials for the 2026 maintenance of city streets. Sealed proposals are to be submitted for furnishing materials required in the construction and maintenance of Section 260000000GM. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Local Agency, which can be obtained from the office of Gonzalez Companies, LLC., and should be enclosed in an envelope endorsed "Material Proposal, Section 260000000 GM." A proposal guaranty in the proper amount, as specified in the BLRS Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Material Proposals, is required. Bid bonds are not allowed as proposal guaranties. The City of Centralia reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid that appears to be in the city's best interest.
