Description

New construction of a municipal facility in Reading, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a 27,375-square-foot municipal facility.

The Town of Reading invites proposals for the construction of a new 27,375 square foot building located on Symonds Way, specifically for the installation of an elevator for the Reading Center for Living under project delivery of M.G.L. c149. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to award or not to award the contract for any reason deemed to be in its or the public's best interest. The lowest price proposal is not required to be selected. The Town will base its decision on the entirety of information provided, the evaluation of requested criteria, and its sole judgment regarding the best service to be provided.
