Paving for a road / highway in Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway.
The project is awarded to Pennsy Supply Inc in the amount of $358,595.16 Sealed proposals are being accepted for the paving of local roads. All bid proposals must be properly executed in ink, without alterations, and must be complete. Specifications and bid forms are available at no cost from the offices during business hours. The successful bidder must post a performance bond for 100% of the bid price. If the project cost is at least $25,000, Pennsylvania prevailing wages under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act will be required. The Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Borough.
