Reference Number 0000313705 Question Deadline 02/17/2026 at 12:00 AM CT Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the Supply of Grounding and Testing Services at Various Manitoba Locations, on an as and when required basis, for a 3- year duration with the option to extend for 2 additional 1-year period. The Service includes mandatory measurements of low-frequency tower footing resistance, and high-frequency lighting impulse impedance testing to ensure effective grounding performance of transmission lines, with an as-and-when required Purchaser's Option for touch and step voltage safety testing to verify the personnel safety in accordance with IEEE standard 80.
