The requirement is for a single-award, firm-fixed price contract to perform HVAC and roof repairs for Building 220, with the Contractor responsible for all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to complete the tasks defined in the Statement of Work. Tasks shall be performed in accordance with the project description, SOW data, and information covered during the pre-construction or criteria review meeting, and shall include site-specific roof repair and repair of multiple HVAC systems. All construction work shall comply with Unified Facilities Criteria 3-250-01, 3-250-03, and 3-600-01, United States Army Corps of Engineers requirements, Uniform Building Code, applicable Southern Standard Building Codes, Air Force Standards, Department of Defense Directives, Florida State Statutes, Florida Department of Transportation requirements, the Tyndall AFB Facility Excellence Plan, National Electric Code, OSHA requirements, Department of Environmental Protection regulations, EPA regulations, and applicable ADA compliance requirements, with the most stringent requirements governing in the event of inconsistency. The Contractor shall perform all services in accordance with the SOW, applicable Construction Wage Rate requirements, contract terms and conditions, and all current Federal and State regulations. The requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS 238160 with a size standard of $19.0 million, with an estimated magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and an anticipated period of performance of 150 calendar days after notice to proceed. The government will select the successful offeror using a Best Value Trade-Off procedure, and all solicitation documents and updates will be available only through the PIEE Solicitation Module.
