To provide utility wood poles for warehouse stock replenishment inventory on a two-year contract with an option to renew for an additional two years. The utility wood poles are for inventory and upcoming capital electric and fiber projects. The selected bidders will manage inventory, consolidate shipments to multiple delivery points, provide ease of ordering and delivery coordination, commit to lead times, ensure supply access in the event of natural disasters, honor quoted prices throughout the contract, and deliver to various district warehouse yards and construction jobsites on the Navajo reservation with 48-hour notice. Bidders must also provide transportation for the return and relocation of poles within NTUA's inventory, including transfers between warehouses, for which a reasonable hourly charge should be listed as a separate line item. Bidders must submit bids electronically as clearly labeled PDFs, provide evidence of any preference priority certification, and only responsive bids addressing all specifications will be considered. NTUA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and select more than one bidder based on qualifications, past performance, delivery timeline, and price. All utility wood poles must be RUS approved, meet ANSI and RUS standards, be WQC inspected, and have an NTUA stamp. Requirements include maintaining a six-month inventory within 200 miles of the NTUA Central Warehouse, using self-unloading trucks, and listing all applicable taxes as separate line items. Only the bidder's own transportation will be accepted for deliveries. If bidding alternatives or exceptions to specifications, they must be clearly stated in the response, and all cost and risk in responding is the bidder’s responsibility.
