Sealed Bids are invited for the 2026 Maintenance Improvement Program; Crack Sealing for the City of Franklin, Indiana. Bids must be executed on a State Board of Accounts Form 96 (Revised 2013) and include a Contractor's Bid Attachment, a completed and signed Financial Statement, and a bid security of not less than 5% of the total bid price by certified check or Bidder's bond. The Contract will be awarded per IC 5-16-13 for public works projects, and bidding must follow the relevant legal and procedural requirements, including E-Verify verification for new employees, Indiana Iran Investment Certification, and drug testing for projects over $150,000. Additionally, Contractors must comply with all statutory contract and documentation requirements, provide insurance, and furnish Performance and Payment Bonds at 100% of contract price. The CITY reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, or accept the bid from the lowest, most responsible and responsive bidder. Bids may be withdrawn before the opening, but not within 60 days after the opening. Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions specified.
