The County reserves the right to cancel this request at any time for any reason. Work Scope Chain Link Fence Install approximately 201 linear feet of 6-foot-tall galvanized chain link fence. Fence shall include: o Top rail and tension wire as per standard security fencing specifications. o All posts, fittings, and hardware necessary for a structurally sound installation. Fence alignment and placement shall be coordinated with the Owner's representative to ensure proper site integration. 2.2 Gates Walk Gate: Install 1 - 4-foot pedestrian walk gate with: o Emergency exit bar compliant with applicable fire and safety codes. o Locking mechanism compatible with Sheriff's Office security protocols. Vehicle Gate: Install 1 - 24-foot cantilever sliding gate capable of accommodating standard Sheriff's Office vehicles. o Gate to be installed with proper alignment and support to ensure smooth operation. 2.3 Gate Operator Supply and install 1 HY-Security Slide Smart DC15 operator, post-mounted, including: Safety photo-eye detection system to prevent accidental closure on pedestrians or vehicles. o All necessary electrical connections, conduit, and wiring in compliance with code. o Operator programming and testing to ensure proper functionality. 2.4 Site Preparation Excavate and install all posts, footings, and supports according to manufacturer specifications and site conditions. Restore disturbed areas, including grading and backfill, to a neat, finished condition. Remove and legally dispose of all debris generated by the installation.
