The City of Bettendorf, Iowa, is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide landscape mulching services in and around City Parks, facilities, and right-of-ways as specified. The contract period will begin April 27, 2026, and be completed by May 22, 2026, weather depending. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Failure to submit all required documents will disqualify the proposal as being non-responsive. Vendors must submit their proposals electronically via the City's e-bidding system. No paper, emailed, or faxed bids will be accepted, and no physical bid opening shall be held. If at any time during the contract period the City determines that service is unsatisfactory, the City reserves the right to cancel the contract. Contractor will be notified of such action in writing and the cancellation will be effective immediately. If cancellation of services is made, the City will offer other contractors the opportunity to provide the described services at their original proposal price.
