Site work for a water / sewer project in Stanley, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Removal and replacement of a large set of timber stairs at the Sunbeam Dam Interpretive Site, including demolition of the existing structure and construction of new timber stairs in accordance with the specifications provided in the solicitation. Work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the staircase replacement at the public site. Quotes must include a signed SF-18/SF-1449, a fully completed Schedule of Items with pricing, and a completed Experience Questionnaire to allow evaluation of non-price technical factors. Questions shall be submitted via email to Westley.Bisson@usda.gov and are due no later than Friday, February 27th, 2026 by 1600 (MST). Please include the solicitation name "Sunbeam Dam Stairs" and solicitation number "1240LT26Q0006" as the subject line of the email.
