AMENDMENT 0003 - 03/16/2026 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received in several RFIs. There are no other changes. Offer due date remains March 20th, 2026 by 1600 (MST).Removal and replacement of a large set of timber stairs at the Sunbeam Dam Interpretive Site, including demolition of the existing structure and construction of new timber stairs in accordance with the specifications provided in the solicitation. Work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the staircase replacement at the public site. Quotes must include a signed SF-18/SF-1449, a fully completed Schedule of Items with pricing, and a completed Experience Questionnaire to allow evaluation of non-price technical factors.
