Renovation of an office development in Napa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
This project involves the replacement of the existing Air Handling Units (AHU) 1, 2, and 10, with custom-built AHUs; replacement of the existing hydronic heating water boiler system with three new condensing boilers; replacement of the existing VAV box controllers and electronic control valves for AHU zones 1, 2, 5, and 10, and equipment in the mechanical bay. Providing new controllers for the new AHUs; interfacing the existing AHU zone 5 ALC BACnet controller to the new building control system, developing new graphics for the Siemens interface; connecting and programming of the new smoke detectors mounted inside AHUs 1, 2, and 10, and interfacing to the existing main building fire alarm system; and installation of one single-split air conditioning unit to serve the existing ground floor office.
