Contractor to line sanitary sewer pipe with CIPP (9" and 10") liner in various locations in the City of Richfield. Contractor may be obligated to perform point repairs within the system that are deemed necessary by the city's inspector. All bids shall be made on the proposal forms of the City and shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the City of Richfield for five percent of the amount of bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted, and the bidder shall fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bond. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
