The work includes the replacement of a tile main starting north of Deep Cut Road and west of Mercer Van Wert County Line, extending in a northeasterly direction. The project is located in Section 13 and 24 Union Township, Mercer County; Section 18 Jennings Township, Van Wert County; and Section 19 Salem Township, Auglaize County, Ohio. The starting location is 0.25 miles west of Mercer Van Wert County Line Road and 0.6 miles north of Deep Cut Road. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided, sealed, and accompanied by a Bid Guaranty Bond for 100% of the bid amount or other approved security for at least 10% of the bid amount. Successful bidders must provide a Performance Bond for 100% of the bid. Bids will only be accepted from those listed on the engineer's official list of plan holders. The board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive irregularities.
