A timeline for construction has not yet been established.** Spanish Fork City plans to design and construct a new Public Works Facility to meet the current needs of the community, the Public Works Department, and accommodate future growth. The City seeks to hire a qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to provide design assist services and construct the Public Works Facility. The Contractor shall cooperate with the Architect to construct the project within the approved construction budget. It is the intent of Spanish Fork City to utilize existing City land to create a fully functional, efficient Public Works Facility.
