The work involves completing improvements at the Pinewalk Transfer Station located in the Town of Palm Beach at Pine Walk, on the premises of the Ocean Course at the Breakers. The project includes the restoration, repair, and replacement of deteriorated and damaged steel, hardware, concrete components, pavement surfaces, and trench pavement surface repairs. It also includes the replacement of ramp access guide rails at the existing transfer facility ramp, installation of a leachate drain connected to the brick manhole, application of maintenance coating where specified in the plans, and replacement of erosion controls on the ramp. Bids must be submitted online through Euna Procurement (Bonfire). Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets all requirements and criteria. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award on an all-or-none or line-by-line basis. Prices must be valid for ninety days from the close of the bid.
