This includes all costs necessary to pulverize the existing asphalt road surface to full depth as specified in the bid sheet, perform rough and finish grading, windrow, reconsolidate, furnish and add water, shape and fully compact the grade for the construction of a new road sub-base. Pricing should cover all expenses needed for satisfactory project completion, including labor, material, equipment, fringe, overhead, direct and indirect costs, taxes, shipping, delivery, supervision, project management, transport, trucking, installation, incorporation, and any other necessities to complete the project according to all specifications, references, and plans.
